Why Glass?
All Botanista serums and cleansers are packaged in amber glass bottles. Glass is non-reactive, meaning it won’t leach chemicals into your formula the way some plastics can over time. Amber glass also filters out UV light, protecting light-sensitive ingredients like antioxidants, vitamin C, and botanical extracts from degrading before they reach your skin. It’s a small detail that makes a real difference in the stability and freshness of every bottle.
Why a Pump?
Both sizes come with an airless pump dispenser — and that’s intentional. Every time you open a jar or dropper bottle, oxygen enters and begins to slowly break down the active ingredients inside. An airless pump eliminates that exposure entirely, delivering each dose without introducing air into the bottle. The result is a formula that stays as potent and stable on your last pump as it was on your first.
At 2 oz, our larger size also stays within the TSA’s 3.4 oz / 100ml carry-on limit — so your cleansing ritual can travel with you wherever you go.

How to Use
- Shake well before each use — because this formula is made for sensitive skin, we intentionally leave out heavy emulsifiers, so a quick shake brings everything together naturally.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not leave in a hot car or expose to extreme temperatures. Best used within 6 months of opening. Our formulas are crafted fresh with quality preservatives — proper storage helps you get the most out of every drop.
Patch Test Recommended
Even gentle, natural formulas can react differently with each individual’s skin. Before first use, we recommend applying a small amount to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear and waiting 24 hours to check for any sensitivity or irritation.
