We want you to love your Botanista products. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@botanista.com with your order number.
For opened products, we understand that sensitive skin is unpredictable. If you've had a reaction or the product isn't working for your skin, please reach out — we'll do our best to find a solution.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Products returned after 30 days
- Products not in their original condition
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an unopened product for a different size or item of equal value within 30 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out immediately.
